All collections are handled by our Swiss office and are carried out in the native tongue of the debtor. Each collector is commercially skilled, with an in depth knowledge of regional business cultures and practices.

Client relationship management is handled by all of our offices. This is to ensure the most effective service can be provided regardless of time zone. Information from Switzerland is always accessible to registered clients over our secure network. In addition to the regular monthly reports and status updates OVAG staff can also provide a complete history of any contact with a debtor and update you with funds collected and costs incurred.
